I fully appreciate all the help and support Jo gave me when I came to her as a learner driver.
I had previously had an instructor for a while and wasn't getting on with the way they frustratedly approached my errors in driving, so I was recommended to Jo.
You have a lovely calm approach Jo and when I was in need of recognition of my faults you pointed them out to me but in a positive way which enabled me to feel better about myself and work hard to improve.
I though I would never find the biting point an easy task.. ever! But it's as if your friendly yet structured teaching calmed me down right away!

Jo is a great instructor.
I had twenty years worth of bad habits to correct and I had spent my adult (driving) life in the USA.
She took all that in her stride, guided me through to a first time pass and even stopped me from buying lessons that she knew I didn't need.
Whether you are just starting out or in your prime I would highly recommend her combination of patience and simple but effective teaching methods.

Jo is a good driving instructor. I thought I would not be able to do the driving thing. But Jo helped me to build my confidence up and I passed my driving test first time.

I would like to thank my driver instructer Jo for all her help in enabling me to pass my driving test. It had been a huge gap between my first test and this one (12 years), but with Jo's ability to be patience and concise Ive passed. I would highly recommended her. Lessons are at a competative price and she was always prompt.

Finally I passed:) and though I'd like to take all the credit! It is because of the time and confidence invested from Jo... Oh I forgot to mention persistence, which when you have failed a few times like I did,you need a constant kick up the backside to go get it again! I was the classic over 30yr old, who had lessons years ago but never really took an interest in driving, who needs to drive after all when you can use public transport!! That worked until I moved to Bedford and had my son. Unless I was going to rely on others constantly to get me from A-Z then maybe, but the reality is I now can drive its not just about travel, its about opportunities and FREEDOM :) Thanks Jo we've had ALOT of time together and I've never been so pleased about a relationship coming to an end ( for all the good reasons:) Give Jo ago, her price beats most, her car drives lovely and to get what you need Jo will give you the time.

I have next week my driving test. I hope to pass it. and I can just recommend to everybody to learn with Jo. She is nice, calm, and helpful with her advice during the drivinglesson.I appreciate her comments very much. Furthermore she is always on time.

I hadn't driven for about 8 years before i decided to start my lessons again, i read some good reviews about Jo on this site, and gave her a call. She made me feel very much at ease and always explained things so i could understand them easily. Jo has been very patient and encouraging even when i wanted to give up, but i carried on with her support and i passed on the second attempt 2 days ago. Thanks very much Jo!!!

Jo is an amazing driving instructor. If you are nervous about learning to drive Jo would be a great instructor for you. She is very easy to talk to and is always happy to go over anyhting you are not happy with. Jo goes at a suitable pace for you and you will not feel like you are wasting your time and money with her honest advice on your progress and well structured lessons. Jo helped me pass my test in a short amount of time and she has also made me feel confident about driving in the future.

Leaning to drive with Jo was a pleasure. Everything she did during each lesson was tailord to my needs and a learner, she was always very calm with me and always patient. She always put me at ease when driving and made me feel confortable and confident on the road. Jo was a brilliant driving instructor, she made me look forward to my lessons rather than dread them! She managed to calm my nerves and teach me all the driving skills step by step, but also giving me constructive critisism where I needed it. She worked at a pace that worked for me, whilst making the most out of every lesson. Jo is always calm and gentle, whilst also being able to have a bit of a laugh, a few skills I think every driving instructor should possess. I thoroughly enjoyed learning to drive with her.

I thoroughly enjoyed having Jo as my driving instructor. She was always calm and patient with me as well as giving me the skills to become a confident driver. All of the lessons were extremely productive, with Jo always being totally honest with me and giving contructive criticism when necessary. Jo was totally supportive not only with my practical test but also with my theory answering any questions I may have, and believing in me even when I didn't believe in myself. I certinaly recommend Red Vixen Driving school, especially for first time drivers who may feel anxious. Thank you for everything Jo and for teaching me not to let my nerves get the better of me!
